Boiling
verb
the action of bringing a liquid to the temperature at which it bubbles and turns to vapor.
Example: The potatoes are boiling

noun
Concentration is the amount of a substance dissolved in a specific volume
Example: high concentration of sugars forms a syrup when the sap evaporates.

noun
the degree of compactness of a substance.
